Because of that beautiful fact, we can feel truly free to be ourselves and enjoy the many unique talents, gifts and yes, quirks that we all have. So why not join us in letting your freak flag fly! Now for a bit about us ... Missy Moothart and Caryn Dahm are both married to their best friends - The Sugar Daddies....we are mom's (with 9 kids between us from ages 4 to 22)....and we both have a constant hankering to create fun and beautiful things....often by using vintage finds and cast offs!!!
Caryn is able to pick up a paintbrush and create art that has been known to bring a tear to the eye....her designs, both with brush and on the web, are amazing.....She brings a designers eye to our product line and is always looking for new ideas to paint and draw.....many of our items feature Caryn's original artwork....She can take something from the scrap heap and make it a masterpiece with her style and ability....she's even been known to design a tattoo or two....
Missy's willingness to get her hands dirty by experimenting with new mediums, trying new ways of doing things, and keeping things real, honest and simple are a breath of fresh air. If Missy were a piece of art she would be made up of brightly colored buttons, sprinkles and all things vintage and eclectic. She's all about the big picture and is a total woman of action. She is the fearless power tool guru among us. Missy never met a piece of junk she could not be inspired by - or find reason to laugh about.
Our inspiration comes from many sources - our faith in God, our desire to make the world a happier place, and well, our pure and simple desire to make things - fun and happy things....we hope our stuff can make your day a little brighter!
